Position Title: Telemarketing Sales Support Representative
Position Type: Direct-Hire
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85015
Hours: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Salary: $15.50-$18 per Hour + commission/bonus (per appointment setting)

SanTrac Technologies is a highly innovative Information Technology and Low Voltage Solutions provider. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill our appointment setting telemarketing Sales Support Representative position.

The right person for this position will make a high volume of phone calls with the intention of scheduling appointments with prospective customers. Must be able to follow scripts and respond to objections in a natural, persuasive and professional manner.

JOB DUTIES

  • Converts inquiries into leads by answering inbound telephone calls.
  • Advises prospective customers by making outbound calls and answering incoming calls on a call cycle basis
  • Influences prospective customers to set an appointment by following a prepared script.
  • Documents transactions by completing spreadsheets and CRM.
  • Maintains CRM database 
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

EXPERIENCE

  • At least one year's experience in a sales support role setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
