SanTrac Technologies is a highly innovative Information Technology, VoIP and Low Voltage Solutions provider. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill our Customer Relationship Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The right person for this position will partner and ensure the long-term success of our current customers. This position will require engaging in project management duties, delivering presentations, and attending meetings and effectively on-boarding new clients. This person will oversee driving strategic opportunities for our organization. They will be responsible for engaging current clients for cross-sell, service upgrade requests, computer hardware sales and customer service.

Job Duties:
- Serve as first point of contact for customer service
- Own the onboarding process for new customers
- Create estimates, proposals, and invoices per customer request
- Follow up on service tickets to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preform presentations, webinars, and demos of new and existing services
- Generate new leads
- Corporate and SMB IT equipment proposals/Sales
- Perform quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Send customers monthly IT service reports
- Create relationships with IT vendors for marketing collaboration
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
- Discovers and explores business opportunities
- Estimates customers’ needs and goals
- Closes new business deals with current customers
- Protects organization’s values by keeping information confidential
- Enhances organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years of customer relationship management experience
