SanTrac Technologies is a highly innovative Information Technology, VoIP, and Low Voltage Solutions provider. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill our IT sales appointment setting position.
The right person for this position will make a high volume of phone calls with the intention of scheduling appointments with prospective customers. Must be able to follow scripts and respond to objections in a natural, persuasive and professional manner.

- Converts inquiries into leads by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Advises prospective customers by making outbound calls and answering incoming calls on a call cycle basis
- Influences prospective customers to set an appointment by following a prepared script.
- Documents transactions by completing spreadsheets and CRM.
- Maintains CRM database
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- At least one year's experience in a sales support role setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Knowledge of Infusionsoft or Salesforce
