PROJECT SUMMARY

SanTrac Technologies Inc. successfully completed a comprehensive fiber optic infrastructure installation supporting two MDFs and four IDFs. The project included the installation of continuous overhead J-hook pathways, including dedicated Pathways A and B to each IDF and an interconnecting pathway between MDF A and MDF B.

SanTrac installed 12-strand single-mode fiber runs with service loops and completed fusion splicing of all fiber strands. All fiber cables, panels, and ports were properly labeled, dressed, and organized to provide a clean and maintainable fiber infrastructure

Following installation, SanTrac performed bi-directional OLTS Tier 1 certification testing on all fiber strands, with the completed testing results documenting the performance of the installed fiber. SanTrac also provided daily field reports, installation and termination photographs through cable and strand records, redlined routing drawings, final as-built documentation, and a complete project closeout package.

The project was successfully completed with the fiber infrastructure properly supported, terminated, labeled, tested, and documented, providing reliable connectivity between the MDF and IDF locations.

SERVICES

  • Installed a total of 296,812 ft and terminated 384 strands of single-mode fiber optics.
